noiseproof is operated by Crocker Digital Ltd, Company No. 17008789. We act as the data controller for the information collected through this validation site.

We collect your email address when you join the waitlist.

We also use GoatCounter to understand site usage. GoatCounter is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or collect personal data.

Waitlist signups are used to notify you when the product launches or early access opens.

Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improving.

Waitlist data is stored in the shared Netlify-backed validation waitlist database used for Crocker Digital launch sites.

We keep waitlist records until the product launches or until you ask us to delete your details.

We do not sell or share your waitlist data with third parties.

GoatCounter provides analytics infrastructure but does not receive personal waitlist data.

You can ask for access to your data, request corrections, ask for deletion, or request a portable copy where applicable.
